Hi there! My name is Shea and I am an ASHA certified, licensed speech language pathologist (CCC-SLP). I received my bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a minor in American Sign Language from Radford University in 2020 and graduated from George Washington University with my master's degree in Speech Language Pathology in 2022. I currently hold licenses in Virginia and Washington D.C. I take pride in providing functional, evidence based intervention that meets individuals where they are while providing the tools necessary to help them reach their goals.
In my free time, you can find me spending time with my family and friends, taking a new continuing education course, enjoying a nice walk in the sunshine with my son and husband, or writing children's books.

If you're looking for a new bedtime story, you're in luck! Check out Mrs. Shea's first book,
'A Feather for a Friend.' This vocabulary rich story shows how small acts of kindness go a long way. On the final page of her book, you will find tips on how to encourage early literacy development while making reading a fun and engaging experience for all.
Happy Reading!
